My stay at the hotel left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the customer service was outstanding, with several staff members going above and beyond to assist us. However, the state of the hotel itself was disappointing, with noticeable cleanliness issues, outdated rooms, and inadequate dining experiences. Improvements are needed, but the potential for a great stay is still there if management takes action.

I have been visiting this hotel for our annual conference for quite a few years. While the rooms might be needing some updates and the property itself feels a bit neglected, I really appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff. While some of the facilities left much to be desired, the friendliness of the employees made my stay worthwhile. I do hope they find a way to improve the property, as the potential is definitely there.
